Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! We stand behind every product we sell. Most items come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
What is covered under the warranty?
Our warranty covers:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Products that do not match their description
- Missing items from your order
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents
- Items returned after 30 days without prior approval
How do I make a warranty claim?
Simply reach out to us through our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days with a resolution.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
